Each bistro serves as the public-facing heart of the media center — a place where food, conversation, and ideas intersect. Grounded in regional identity and elevated through thoughtful design, City Press Club Bistro is built to be both a destination and a daily touchpoint for the city it serves.
Here in the Pacific Northwest, we’re currently in conversation with chefs from Boise, Idaho through Washington State and down to Southern Oregon, exploring leadership for the Seattle location. The goal is simple: a chef who understands the region, respects its producers, and thrives in dialogue — with peers, guests, and the wider culinary community.
